This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the ZMUni Compliance Centre website, related platforms, and services, including account registration and use of any products or services provided through the website.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through friendly consultation. If consultation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the people’s court with jurisdiction at the place where ZMUni operates.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
