  From October 18-19, the 2024 China Association of Fragrance, Flavor, and Cosmetics Industries(CAFFCI) Annual Meeting and Expo (CAME) was grandly held in Nanjing, Jiangsu province under the theme "Creating, Winning, Thriving Together." The exhibition featured a 15,000㎡space, bringing together 138 premium exhibitors. Zhejiang Zhongmao Enterprise Service Co., Ltd.   Under China's Cosmetics Supervision and Administration Regulations (CSAR) released in 2020, companies must apply for registration and filing for cosmetic ingredients that are not listed in the Inventory of Existing Cosmetic Ingredients in China (IECIC 2021). Adjustments to the usage purpose or safe usage amount of existing cosmetic ingredients also require registration or filing.   New cosmetic ingredients (NCIs) refer to natural or synthetic ingredients used for the first time in cosmetics within China. China mandates registration for NCIs with preservatives, sunscreen, coloring, hair dyeing, and skin-whitening functions, while other NCIs only require filing.   Since implementing the Administrative Measures

  There are criminal offences associated with moving or trading endangered species if you do not have a valid permit or certificate. According to the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES), the Wild Animal Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of Import and Export of Endangered Wild Fauna and Flora, and other relevant regulations, it is prohibited to trade, carry, or mail endangered species and their products across borders without legally holding an import and export permit or species certificate.

On January 17, 2024, the concurrent forum of COSME TOKYO 2024, organized by JBC (Japan Buyers Community) in collaboration with COSME Week, successfully concluded in Tokyo, Japan.
