According to Announcement No. 34 issued by the National Medical Products Administration of China in 2023, starting from January 1, 2024, cosmetics registrants and filers must comply with relevant laws and technical specifications by providing safety information for all ingredients used in their product formulations when applying for special cosmetics registration or filing for general cosmetics.
