ZMUni Compliance Centre reminds relevant enterprises that there are less than 3 months before the mandatory implementation of the full version of safety assessments for cosmetics. Companies can refer to the ingredient usage information of already marketed products. However, this information is merely an objective record of ingredient usage in currently valid registered or filed cosmetics in China. When using this information, companies must comply with relevant national laws, regulations, standards, and guidelines, and appropriately select ingredient usage amounts based on the product's method of use and application site.
